How do I make a return if needed?
All returns must go through the distributor from whom you purchased. In turn, they must call for a Return Authorization Number prior to sending the product back to the factory. Credit will be issued once the tools have been received. All stock returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%, unless an offsetting order is placed.
