What is Mastercut Tools’ Test Tool policy?
Simply contact your Mastercut Rep or preferred distributor and with a guaranteed test tool order we would be happy to let you see first hand how well our tools stack up to the competition.

How do I make a return if needed?
All returns must go through the distributor you purchased from. In turn, they must call for a Return Authorization Number prior to send the product back to the factory. Credit will be issued once the tools have been received. All stock returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% unless an offsetting order is placed.

Does Mastercut coat tools in house?
Yes, we have a very state of the art coating system capable for coating TiAlN, TiN, and TiCN
