Mastercut has added 11 fluting machines and one coating machine in the last 12 months, and we have increased our raw materials inventory to better serve your needs. With our new equipment, we are ready to improve service on short run specials and standards, and of course our quality will be some of the best to be found worldwide.
Mastercut’s modern manufacturing facility is well-maintained, air-conditioned, and we are happy to note, capable of withstanding hurricane force winds. Our company is not in a flood zone, and received no damage from the eight hurricanes that passed over Florida in the last two years. We have emergency plans in place so that you can be confident that your shipments will always continue.
We recently received re-certification of our ISO9001:2000 standard. We now have included design, as customers have increasingly come to us for specials and tool design.
Sales of our variable helix V-4 endmills have grown tremendously, and customers are saving time and money with the increased performance and finish they receive from these tools.
June 1, 2005 - Maintenance on a module that allows customers to check stock online is complete. Customers will be able to access this feature through the "Stock Check" button on the left panel of every page. We forecast that online stock checking will become a much used value added service.
 April 21, 2005 - Our new enterprise software "M1" is almost ready for launch. Estimate launch is May 1st, 2005. This software will revolutionize they way we handle transactions at Mastercut. The result to you among many other things,will be quicker deliveries, ability to place orders online (after approval as a certified Mastercut Distributor), and availablilty of emailed invoices and statements.
March 22, 2005 - We have recently increased capacity by the addition of two new Rollomatic GrindSmart 6000XL's, and two Rollomatic 620's. Along with the new equipment, Mastercut has added 7000 additional sq. ft of manufacturing space.
March 21, 2005 - We have recently expanded our customer service and manufacturing software to include M1, a new dynamic integrated software system, which in the future will allow our customers to conveniently place order online
